The story
Living in Manhattan shaped how I approach business, the pace, the precision, and the instinct to walk into a room and make something happen. Moving to San Francisco was a deliberate reset: a new market, new energy, same drive.
I began my career as an architect and project manager, overseeing high end residential projects in Manhattan and large scale international work for Royal Caribbean. That foundation gave me something most business development professionals do not have: a genuine fluency in the design world and the ability to walk into any firm and speak their language with credibility.
I later transitioned into digital marketing, consulting with CDM on Pfizer Oncology brands, where I executed digital initiatives across websites, email campaigns, and broader platforms, gaining firsthand insight into how technology shapes communication and strategy at scale.
From there, I moved into business development and sales across multiple industries. I worked with Walker Zanger and Stone Source in the natural stone sector, and most recently spent four years with LIXIL Water Technology, home to brands like American Standard, GROHE, GROHE SPA, and DXV, partnering closely with Ferguson and the A&D community as part of a strong team in a successful district.
Career
Leading regional BD strategy for LIXIL's portfolio of global bath and plumbing brands (American Standard, GROHE, DXV, INAX) across the A&D and showroom channels. Building pipeline, executing go-to-market plans, and driving revenue growth in a new market from the ground up.
Drove profitable specifications across the Bay Area design community, including SF, Silicon Valley, East Bay. Built an annual BD plan from scratch, expanded market presence, and led the brand's presence at IIDA Northern California and HD Expo in Las Vegas.
Partnered with the company owner to overhaul the NYC flagship showroom, elevating the client experience for top architecture and design firms including The Rockwell Group and The Spector Group. Led local marketing initiatives and represented the brand at ICFF and other NYC industry events, staying active in the IIDA and AIA local chapters.
Consulted for Harrison & Star (Omnicom) on digital strategy for pharma brands, mining market research to inform multichannel campaigns across web, email, display, and mobile. Partnered with data analysts to optimize tactical performance.
Embedded inside Cline, Davis & Mann, one of Madison Avenue's top Omnicom agencies, leading multichannel strategy for Pfizer Oncology's portfolio brands. Managed the full digital ecosystem: websites, email campaigns, display ads, and mobile. Drove client relationships, cross-functional teams, and campaign delivery from brief to launch.
Joined managing commercial projects across the NYC area, then earned a promotion to lead interior architecture for Royal Caribbean cruise ships, working on site at shipyards in Hamburg, Germany, Helsinki, Finland, and Dubai. Led multidisciplinary teams of architects and interior designers across both land-based and cruise ship environments.
Served as the primary client liaison for a high-profile interior design firm, managing operations, project managers, and business development. Represented the firm at Interior Design Magazine Awards and industry events across NYC.
